These forms are ONLY to be used by 3Ls or 4LEs in their last year of school as they prepare for graduation. These forms are to be completed and signed by the student, reviewed and signed by the student's advisor, and submitted by the student to the Law School Registrar in preparation for graduation. (The Law School Registrar will not accept these forms for general class registration by 1Ls, 1LEs, 2Ls, 2LEs, or 3LEs. Please complete an Advising Checklist found under the Registration Resources tab instead for those students.)
