Registration Process and Forms

4 Easy Steps to Registration 

  1. Complete the Basic Advisor Checklist with ALL the courses you have taken, the grades you received, and the credit hours.
    • You can get this information through Navigate, Degree Works, or an unofficial copy of your transcript. 
    • Submit Basic Advisor Checklist
  2. Meet with your faculty advisor to build your upcoming semester schedule and review the Basic Advisor Checklist.
    • Once you submit the Basic Advisor Checklist, it will be sent to your advisor electronically. 
    • Make sure your advisor signs it to receive your pin. 
  3. Fill out the Registration Readiness Form.
    • Submit Registration Readiness Form
    • All Registration Readiness Forms must be received by noon on the day before your group registers.
    • Late forms will not be processed until after 3 business days.
  4. Register for your CLASSES!!!
    • Priority                           Thursday, October 23
    • 3L/4E                             Tuesday, October 28
    • 2L/2E/3E                       Thursday, October 30
    • Registration Switch       Tuesday, November 4
      • Day students can register for evening courses.
      • Evening students can register for day courses. 
    • Winter Intersession       Opens Tuesday, December 16, at 8 am and Closes Wednesday, December 17, at Noon
      • Intersession is Monday through Friday, January 5-9

To be added to a course waitlist for a closed course or request a schedule change, fill out the following link. Spring 2026 Drop/Add is Monday, January 26.

  • Winter Intersession Guidelines:
    • You must attend all classes to get credit for the course.
    • The blocks are as follows:
      • 10:00 am to 12:30 pm
      • 1:00 pm to 3:10 pm 
      • 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm
    • You can take up to 3 classes, but they cannot be in the same time block.
    • The credit for these courses will be added to your Spring 2026 schedule.
    • You cannot go over 16 credit hours without prior approval.
      • 17 is the max, and that's with prior approval.
      • If you know that you will go over 16, please get prior approval from Dean Wright before registration starts.
    • 2.34 students who would like to go over the 13-credit-hour threshold, I will permit you to take up to 15 credit hours.
      • If you would like to take more, you will need to get prior approval from Dean Wright before registration starts.
    • Ask all questions before registration starts. 
  • Winter Intersession Registration:
    • Registration Link: Winter Intersession 
      • Fill out the information on the link. You will not be able to register yourself. 
        • Open Tuesday, December 16, at 8:00 am and Close on Wednesday, December 17, at Noon.
        • Mr. Williams will enroll all students on December 17. First-Come, First-Served
        • Attendance Verification—January 12
          • Professors will verify attendance
        • If you want to withdraw from the class, you must do so before the last day of class, Friday, January 9.
          • You can withdraw yourself in Banner.

Only the chat box will be used for communication during registration. Please do not email or call Mr. Williams with any problems or concerns regarding registration.
