Social Justice

The term racial disparity describes the biases and unequal access to opportunities, resources, and overall treatment of people based on their racial identity.  Its historical roots were born from oppressive and discriminatory practices.

This section includes resources on racial disparity, critical race theory, nonprofit justice organizations, articles, videos and other sources discussing racism in America and insights on promoting justice and equality.
