Constitution Annotated
The Constitution Annotated provides a comprehensive overview of how the Constitution has been interpreted over time and is now available on this new site with upgraded search capabilities. The online Constitution Annotated includes discussions of the Supreme Court’s latest opinions. In the coming months, we will be making broader changes to further modernize the Constitution Annotated.
Govingo.gov: The Constitution of the United States Analysis and Interpretation
Published by the Government Printing Office, The Constitution of the United States of America: Analysis and Interpretation, popularly known as the Constitution Annotated, encompasses the U.S. Constitution and analysis and interpretation of the U.S. Constitution with in-text annotations of cases decided by the Supreme Court of the United States. FDsys provides access to Constitution Annotated editions and supplements from 1992 forward.

LII: CRS Annotated Constitution
The content of the CRS Annotated Constitution was prepared by the Congressional Research Service (CRS) at the Library of Congress, and published electronically in plaintext and PDF by the Government Printing Office. This edition is a hypertext interpretation of the CRS text. It links to Supreme Court opinions, the U.S. Code, and the Code of Federal Regulations, as well as enhancing navigation through linked footnotes and tables of contents.
FindLaw: U.S. Constitution
FindLaw is a free online resource that provides access to the U.S. Constitution prepared by the Congressional Research Service. FindLawhas divided the document up into smaller sections for the Web and added hyperlinks between the sections, as well as links to Supreme court cases cited in the annotations.
Lexis+ United States Constitution (U.S.C.S.)
Requires a username and password. The U.S. Constitution file contains the federal constitution from the United States Code Service.
Westlaw: Constitution of the United States
Requires username and password. This full-text online version of the U.S. Constitution is found in the United States Code Annotated. You can search the Constitution as a document or through the Table of Contents (TOC).
