In keeping with the NC Central motto “Truth and Service,” the Turner School of Law provides a Veterans Law Clinic. The clinic is committed to providing free legal services to low-income veterans who need legal assistance. The clinic also provides law students an opportunity to explore a specialized area while making a difference in the lives of those who have served in the Armed Forces.
You can now do many form-based tasks online, like filing a disability claim and applying for the GI Bill or VA health care. There is also guidance to help walk you through the process step-by-step.

NCCU Libraries
The libraries at NCCU, collectively, hold over 12,000 resources for Veterans. NCCU is part of the UNC family of libraries as well.
The NCCU Veterans Affairs (VA) office aims to provide a smooth transition from the military to college life for veterans, service members, and dependents. NCCU is recognized by G. I. Jobs as a "Military Friendly School" and has established Eagle Vets, a recognized chapter of Student Veterans of America. Our team can assist you with the VA educational benefits process and offer overall support to ensure academic progression towards graduation.
