Introduction

Elections are an integral part of the democratic process. Free and fair elections allow all citizens a voice in their governance. This libguide will provide election law resources on the federal and state level including in North Carolina specifically. This libguide will provide selected resources to patrons about voting rights including materials available in NCCU Law School's special collections the John D. Fossett Collection, the Julius Chambers Collection, and the McKissick Collection. The libguide will also provide statistics, fact-checking resources, and information about international elections.
