This guide shows a variety of resources on music and copyright issues that are available either in the Law Library or online.

Music and Copyright

In this Guide you will find a variety of resources on various music and copyright issues, including Fair Use, Sampling, and Orphan Works. All resources mentioned can be found in the Law Library, Shepard Library, or through the TRLN network. Resources that are available through the TRLN network will require the use of an Interlibrary Loan. To request an Interlibrary  Loan, you can either complete the online Interlibrary Loan form by clicking on the link below, or you can ask a librarian for further assistance.

Off-campus use of the Law Library and Shepard Library databases require the use of Web VPN. Click on the link below for instructions on how to use Web VPN. The Law Library also has an online tutorial on how to use Web VPN.  Go to our Online Tutorials and Webinars Guide by clicking on the link below to access the online tutorial.
