Introduction

Environmental law is an area that relies heavily upon federal statutes and regulations.  Although not all “Environmental Law” is federal or connected to the Environmental Protection Agency, the work of the EPA is extremely important to the study of Environmental Law since the agency is responsible for enforcing statutes to protect the environment.
