Labor and Employment Law is derived from many sources including: administrative regulations and rulings; federal and state case law; and federal and state statutes. The area is multi-faceted and deals with various issues that arise between employers and employees. Some of these issues involve: employment discrimination, wages, collective bargaining agreements, unemployment compensation, pensions, workplace safety, and workers’ compensation.
